With extensive CAD/CAM, manual and CNC capability, coupled with understanding of railways drawing office and workshop practice, we can arrange manufacture of components and assemblies at competitive prices and lead-times.
PATTERN MAKING AND CASTING
At this stage in the life of heritage railway vehicles, requirements for new components is an inevitability, which is why we've invested in keeping the skills and knowledge alive - along with some modern techniques - to have the capability to manufacture quality parts in low volumes for reasonable cost.
MACHINING
We have an extensive, well provisioned machine-shop, including a large vertical borer and can undertake larger jobs such as axleboxes, vacuum cylinders and medium sized cylinders blocks.
